When you book for hoarding:

The home will be evaluated to see the condition. Often it will need to be fumigated for bugs and odors. Next, a team will come to bag and remove all items (if desired) or help sort through items. All items removed will be hauled-away. Once the home is de-cluttered we can re-evaluate and provide deep-cleaning services. Hoarding homes are charged by the hour, the amount of items that need to be removed, and the dump fee.
