As mentioned on another page, Deep Cleaning is essential for any house going on the market or when hoping to get the most return from your rental deposit. A deep clean removes the dirt, dust, grease, and grime, leaving the home bright and renewed. Having a deep clean is similar to that first sip of coffee... it just feels good to the soul.

Deep Clean Includes:

Ceiling Fans, Lights, Light Switches, Outlets, & Baseboards Cleaned

Windows (inside only) cleaned & blinds dusted

All floors swept & mopped or vacuumed

All trash cans emptied, cobwebs removed, & *garage swept

Vents cleaned, *Filters & *light bulbs changed (as needed)

Kitchen:** Appliances, **Cabinets, Counters, & Sink

Bathrooms: Bathtub/Shower, toilet, counters, sinks, & cabinets

**Appliances will be cleaned inside, outside, & behind (if safe to move) on all empty homes. Cabinets will also be cleaned inside and outside on empty homes.

Live-In homes will have the front of the refrigerator and cabinets cleaned. Inside of either can be cleaned for a fee in live-in homes.
